Greatly enjoyed efficient staff and reasonably spacious hotel.
We had a fine experience here. The food was high quality and there were a wide range of dishes in the menu. Easy check in & the service was marvellous. Spotlessly clean and charming hotel in Downtown San Francisco district. Prime location - 5 minutes walk from bus station.
Absolutely perfect room, extremely helpful staff and a good bed. I got free upgrade and appreciated it. A market and shops were right next door. And it was 20 minutes on foot from the downtown. Attractive reception. WiFi throughout the property was really handy. My experience at this cosy hotel was really amazing.
Interesting design, compact and individual rooms and wonderfully friendly staff. Breakfast was satisfactory and there was a good choice of food to choose from. There was a small restaurant, the shops and the markets next door. Absolutely perfect location - we were a 10-minute walk away from the metro. Marvellous customer service provided too. Liked our stay at this unique hotel, it was really really nice.
The water pressure was weak and caused inconvenience.
