Boutique Orchard Hotel San Francisco

The location of this hotel is fantastic! It's close to almost everything, including Sausalito, Mission Streets with fancy shops and museums, and the orchid. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

Nothing to dislike.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with the rooms spotless and well-maintained. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and we loved the spacious suite that provided plenty of room to relax. The location was excellent, with easy access to public transportation, such as the streetcar and cable car lines. It was also conveniently close to various attractions, including the Chihully Glass Museum and downtown shopping. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, with one particular employee, Angelo, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. His recommendation for a restaurant in Chinatown was excellent, and we loved taking advantage of the hotel's car service, especially the ride in the fancy Tesla.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was beautifully decorated and spacious, with a huge bathroom and all the necessary amenities. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The staff provided excellent service, with incredibly friendly and helpful communication. They really stood out compared to other big hotel brands. The attention to detail was impressive, as they even provided a small box of chocolates as a welcome present. The location of this hotel was perfect, as it was centrally located in the city center, close to Union Square and other famous attractions. I loved being able to explore the shops, restaurants, and bars in the area. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located near the famous Dragon Gate in Downtown, making it easy to explore this iconic landmark.

The hotel facilities exceeded our expectations, and we particularly enjoyed the free water stations provided. The location was perfect, with easy access to transportation options like the cable car line and BART. We were pleasantly surprised by the variety of good restaurants in the immediate area. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made our stay even more enjoyable. Another highlight was being just a stone's throw away from Chinatown, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the vibrant culture of this city. Lastly, the proximity to Napa Valley was a bonus, making it convenient for us to explore the famous wine region.
