The hotel's location in Union Square was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to the Embarcadero, Chinatown, and the financial district. I loved being close to attractions like the Tadich Grill and the SF MOMA. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, and the staff provided excellent service throughout my stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. From the moment I walked into the lobby, the customer service stood out. The staff, especially Laura at the concierge, were beyond helpful and accommodating. The room was spacious and modern, with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. The view from the room was amazing, overlooking the Oakland bridge. The location of the hotel was also great, within walking distance of the Embarcadero, China Town, and North Beach. I also appreciated having Starbucks and Lyft Bikes across the street, as well as parking garages nearby.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for my needs - it was close to Union Square, the Ferry building, and downtown for shopping and dinner. Additionally, getting around was a breeze, with easy access to transportation. The highlight of my room was definitely the stunning views of the Bay and the cityscape, which were especially breathtaking at night. The hotel staff made me feel like a VIP guest, providing exceptional service, from the bellhop who helped my girlfriend with our bags to the friendly and attentive staff throughout my stay. The room was spacious, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the entire place was spotlessly clean. This hotel truly exceeded my expectations.
