We loved the convenient location of this hotel, with easy access to both airports by BART train and being near a metro station. It was situated in a good area of the city, providing a sense of safety. The hotel staff, especially Lai, were super nice and welcoming. The individual bedrooms were equipped with a fridge and microwave, which was a great addition. The shared bathrooms were surprisingly new and clean, offering a comfortable experience.

There was nothing we didn't like.

The hotel is conveniently located near public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. We enjoyed the vibrant nightlife in the area, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The recently refurbished rooms were tidy and had a fridge and microwave for our convenience. The morning staff was friendly and welcoming.

The hotel had an excellent location, close to bars, restaurants, and shopping. The staff was helpful and pleasant. It was near public transportation, making it convenient to explore the city.

It was all superb.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms was impressive. The hotel facilities included a fridge, microwave, and dish TV in the room, which were convenient. The location was fantastic as it was just a block away from the subway and within a short walk to many attractions. Additionally, being in a safer area away from the bustling main thoroughfare was a plus for me.
