The staff were patient and the pool area was nice. We truly enjoyed the prime location in the heart of the city. Very clean bed, lovely bathroom and a safe and coffee in the room. The staff did all they can for a real good stay. Not to mention private parking available nearby.

Very enjoyable experience, no complaints whatsoever. Breakfast offered lots of options and was warm. The beds were amazing, I slept well. I loved the proximity to the shops and the markets in San Francisco.

The room was luxurious, the staff was always welcoming. The breakfast here was delicious with fruit and boiled eggs, for instance. You could walk to shops and a market. Also, I thoroughly enjoyed how perfect the location was. The pool was nice and I had welcome drinks in the sports bar. What's more, the parking nearby was a nice bonus. No complaints whatsoever, very pleasant stay.
